POLICY STATEMENT
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
A completed application packet is due the first day
your child attends
Noah's Ark
. This packet includes an application and information sheet, health and
immunization form signed or stamped by a physician or health care
provider, a medical release for emergency treatment, a field trip
permission form, and a policy statement form.
Children under thirty months are required to have a
current physical.
Classes will be filled as spaces are available.
Students currently enrolled will have priority in any class changes before
new students are accepted.
Students will be contacted from a waiting list to
fill all available spaces.
The enrollment fee and activity fee is due the first
day a child is enrolled.
A visit by you and your child prior to admission is
required.
